Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

U.S. Shipping:

• FREE shipping on orders $50+
• $9.99 flat rate for orders under $50
• Standard Ground: 5-8 business days delivery from San Diego

Canadian Shipping:

• FREE shipping on orders $100+
• $19.99 flat rate for orders under $100
• Economy International: 5-8 business days delivery from San Diego
• Customer responsible for duties and taxes

We do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs for the return. We do not charge for return shipping.
